Amir, the elder son of a family gets married. During the wedding a man, was in love with the bride, tries to disrupt the ceremony. Amir gets into a fight with the intruder and receives a mental injury. The young groom is hospitalized and the doctor reaches the conclusion that his brain is dead and that nothing can be done for him. Under the circumstances Dr. Alinezhad suggests that Amir's heart be donated to a young girl named Anik who is in need of heart transplant. Amir's family is greatly disturbed and inflicts wounds on the doctor. Nevertheless the heart transplant operation is carried out.
